These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nova Visibility Suite at imnvs.com. This is a starter template — review it with legal counsel before launch.
Using the service
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prompt limits and check frequency depend on your plan. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the terms of the underlying AI providers we query on your behalf.
Data accuracy
AI engines are non-deterministic and change frequently. We provide visibility measurements on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee that results exactly match any specific end-user experience.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Visibility Suite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
